Lookout reports: Chronicle reports: Purser reports: Plimsoll reports:

Conclusion · breach

Why gold is moving: The evidence does not establish a cause. XAUUSD was at 4175, up 0.24% on the session. Lookout could not conclude a move, because that is below its 0.25% threshold. Chronicle found no gold-specific release or event tied to today's move, and I can't attribute it to one.

Does it matter to your account: Yes, in part.

Gold: You hold a long 1.5 XAUUSD, opened at 4142.1 and now at 4164.04, for an unrealised gain of +329.10 USD.
EURUSD: Plimsoll flags a breach. The short 2 EURUSD position, opened at 1.1205 and now at 1.1181 (+48.00 USD unrealised), has no stop-loss set.
Account: Equity is 25,153.34 USD, with 19,555.12 USD free margin. Total notional is 6,248.30 USD, about 24.8% of equity.
Upcoming: Chronicle lists Non-Farm Payrolls (high impact, forecast 165k) at 2:11 AM on 10/14/2026. It has not been released, so it is a scheduled event only.

Caveats: All market, news and account figures are marked "assumed" and sample data, not live quotes or real balances. Verify against your live platform before acting on any of them.
